Den coachande projektledaren

Jag var på en föreläsning i kväll om det coachande ledarskapet, och ställde frågan till föreläsaren över hur man kan använda sig av denna metoden som projektledare. Hon menade att det går alldeles utmärkt, och menade i huvudsak att de grundläggande kärnkompetenserna (11 stycken enligt ICF) kan användas.

Ledningsbarhet

På föreläsningen i veckan över organisation och ledarskap introducerade föreläsaren begreppet “ledningsbarhet”. Som projektledare är man ju beroende av projektmedlemmarnas förmåga att bli ledda. På mitt nuvarande företag har de anställda helt klart varierande förmåga att bli ledda.

I have moved on from Geneva and will be working with project management for Sharepoint installations in the Copenhagen region. This will be a new challenge for, this time it is Microsoft’s SharePoint platform that I will base the solutions on.
